The Leone Leaf Self Expander Tooth-Borne is an innovative orthodontic expansion device designed to promote controlled expansion of the upper jaw (maxillary arch). Featuring MEMORIA® nickel-titanium (Ni-Ti) leaf springs, the expander delivers calibrated and continuous forces to support gradual palatal expansion without the need for regular manual reactivation.
Specifically designed for tooth-borne orthodontic appliances, this CAD-CAM-compatible version features four transverse rounded slots instead of conventional arms. These slots allow accurate positioning and integration into digitally designed, customised frameworks manufactured using laser-melting technology.
