Intended Use
CALCIPAST is designed for temporary root canal filling and can also be used for temporary filling of deep cavities during direct or indirect pulp capping.

Contraindications
-
Do not use in patients hypersensitive to any components.
Warnings and Precautions

Irritant to oral mucosa and skin; causes serious eye damage.

In case of contact: rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.

If ingested: do not induce vomiting; drink water and seek medical attention.

Use dental dam, disposable gloves, safety goggles/visors, and protective clothing.

Endodontic treatment may involve temporary pain or postoperative tenderness.

Remove the paste carefully before final filling, as residue may reduce bond strength to restorative materials.

Overuse may lead to extrusion beyond the canal apex; exercise caution in sensitive anatomical areas (mandibular canal, mandibular opening, maxillary sinuses).

CALCIPAST has cytotoxic potential.

Ensure the applicator tip is not wedged inside the canal; it should be loosely positioned.

Determine the working length of the canal before use.

Keep out of reach of children.

Report any serious incidents to the manufacturer and local competent authorities.
Storage

Store in original packaging below 25°C.

Expiry date is printed on the container.

Once opened, expiry date remains valid if securely closed after each use.

Dispose of empty containers responsibly or return to the manufacturer.
